My husband is British and I've learned to cook a lot of his favorites over the years. When he looked through the cookbook he said that everything was "tarted up"! He's got a point, but most television chefs take normal recipes and make them all fancy. I take all their recipes and change them to suit me anyway.<br /><br />I'd never made Cornish Pasties before so I tried Jamie's recipe and they were a hit with my husband.
